I Need A New Bum: The Full Story

I’ve been having this problem for a while now. It started out as a small pain, but it’s gotten worse over time. Now, it’s so bad that I can’t even sit down without wincing in pain.

I’ve been to the doctor, and they’ve diagnosed me with a condition called “bumbumitis.” Basically, my bum is just worn out. The doctor says that the only solution is to get a new one.

I’m not sure how I’m going to go about getting a new bum. I’ve never had surgery before, and I’m a little scared. But I know that I have to do something, because this pain is unbearable.
