My Mom Thinks She’s in Charge, and That’s So Cute

My mom is the most caring, loving, and (sometimes) overbearing person in my life. She’s always there for me, no matter what. But one thing that my mom does that always makes me laugh is that she thinks she’s in charge.

Of course, my mom is not really in charge of anything. I’m an adult, and I make my own decisions. But my mom still likes to think that she’s the one who’s calling the shots.

For example, the other day, I was making dinner. I was following a recipe, and I was doing everything right. But my mom came into the kitchen and started telling me how to do it.

“You’re not putting enough salt in,” she said. “And you should use olive oil instead of butter.”

I tried to tell her that I knew what I was doing, but she wouldn’t listen. She just kept telling me how to do it her way.

Finally, I just gave up and let her take over. And you know what? The food turned out great!

I guess my mom is right. She does know a thing or two about cooking.

But even though she’s not really in charge, I still love it when she thinks she is. It’s just one of the many things that makes her so cute.

My mom is the most caring, loving, and hilarious person I know. She’s also the most stubborn and opinionated person I know. She’s always been the one who’s in charge, and I think that’s what makes her so cute.

I remember when I was little, my mom would always tell me what to do. She would tell me what to wear, what to eat, and how to brush my teeth. I didn’t always like it when she told me what to do, but I knew that she was always looking out for my best interests.
