To make your rolled-up dollar bill costume, you will need:

• A pair of jeans
• A white button-down shirt
• A brown belt
• A pair of brown shoes
• A roll of dollar bills
• A hot glue gun
• A pair of scissors

1. Start by cutting off the legs of your jeans so that they just cover your ankles.
2. Then, cut the sleeves off of your shirt so that it just covers your arms.
3. Put on your jeans and shirt.
4. Tie the belt around your waist.
5. Put on your shoes.
6. Glue the dollar bills to the front and back of your shirt.
7. Cut the dollar bills into strips so that they look like they are rolled up.
8. Glue the strips of dollar bills to the sides of your jeans.
