As a lifelong student of astronomy, I have always been fascinated by the question of whether or not the Earth is a globe. For many years, I accepted the globe model as fact, but as I delved deeper into the subject, I began to have doubts. The more I learned about the evidence against the globe, the more convinced I became that it is a false model.
One of the most compelling pieces of evidence against the globe is the lack of a visible curvature of the Earth. If the Earth were a globe, we would be able to see its curvature from a high altitude, but this is not the case. Even from the top of Mount Everest, the horizon is still flat.
